I went to a concert at the Eglise St Julien Le Pauvre on August 14, 2010 given by the Gospel Legend Singers. It is a choral group, founded by its leader Jackson Mpongo, son of a Baptist Church pastor. With his interest in Gospel and Negro Spiritual Mpongo founded a choral group in 1986 and then Gospel Legend Singers in 1995. The group now performs throughout France and internationally.
